1.Why was my ID rejected?     
Our system doesn't accept IDs with 7 digits because we have an age gap of between 18 -60 years beyond that you can’t get a loan with us.
2.Why is my loan declined?    
Our system takes into account many factors, including your credit scores, credit history, M-Pesa usage, and other information. We encourage you to ensure you have no outstanding loan with other lenders then reapply after the period stated on the App.
3.How can I apply for the loan?
Download the NanoKash app from Google Play Store, register your details as required and apply.
4.How to fill your emergency contact's information?
Your emergency contact is the person that can prove your reliability, credibility and honesty. We may contact him/her when we decide the loan. Please fill the emergency contact's information carefully.
5.How do I repay my NanoKash loan?
You can repay the loan through the app or M-pesa using our pay bill number 4089865 and your mobile number as the account number.
6.Is there a system delay?      
We have been experiencing some delay due to the overwhelming loan applications, kindly bear with us as we review your application. Or any inconvenience caused we are experiencing some technical issues just bear with us.
7.Why is my App not working?
• find out if it’s the phone compatibility issue (iPhone not compatible , and any phone with android v5 and below)
• Check if your Wi-Fi or internet is well connected.
8.How Can I delete my information from the app?
We are disappointed to see you leave, you may uninstall the app and your information will be deleted automatically. Should you need us again you can install and try your luck.
